Group Air

PPI is an affiliate of The Travel Society, a 25-plus year old travel company with annual sales of approximately $93 million. We are a full-service travel agency with ticket fulfillment accomplished through the Travel Society.

Group reservations flow from electronic registration and are responded to within 24 hours of participant registration. Our expert group air agents complete domestic and international itineraries with equal promptness. All airline reservations are managed by the Managing Director of Air and Customer Service who oversees the arrival and departure of every attendee in relation to ground transportation and hotel rooming lists. We employ dedicated group air agents who are responsible for booking air travel for our meetings and incentive partners.

Upon registering for an event, attendees are directed to a team of air agents that has been completely briefed on specific meeting parameters by your Planning Partners International Team. Our agents don’t merely book an airline ticket, they are “experts” on a given program and able to answer most any question thrown their way. In addition, our agents are extremely sensitive to the management of an air budget. In many cases, we are able to use our negotiated air rates to these costs to a minimum. Careful analysis of daily program air spend controls air budget and allows the program manager to report current air costs to our clients. Our Registration/Hospitality desk is also staffed by an expert Air Agent for sudden or emergency itinerary changes on site for the duration of the meeting.
